A key concept mentioned above is that &quot;values are the best single predictor of behavior.&quot;  We rarely think about this, maybe because values, per se, are invisible... and yet we can observe behavior. Most people act on what matters to them, as driven by their values. So as in the old mantra about &quot;doing what I DO, not what I SAY&quot;, our behavior very often makes visible our values.

I recently wrote a post about this in describing one of ten thinking tools in the InSight Frames toolkit, the Prism Frame, which helps us think about things based on key positive (what we want) and negative (to be avoided)values. Here&#039;s the link in case you want to have a peek.
